MotherKind Workshop with Ten of Zen

Blending together their expertise in mindfulness and womankind yoga, Nikki and Alice have designed a workshop to help our fellow mothers to kindly explore their relationship with tiredness and learn ways to nourish themselves through much needed rest.

This 2-hour session aims to leave mums feeling supported, relaxed and equipped with tools to help tackle their tiredness.

Personal Investment is £30 and will include digital meditations and practises to take home.
