In this workshop we will dive in to discover the ancient practice of working with the breath in a conscious way to support living your most healthy, productive, fulfilled life.

We will share and explore;

~ a basic understanding of pranayama from a yogic perspective ~ the art of integrating simple breathing techniques into your daily life.

~  how to work with the breath for greater focus, vitality, health and awareness in your waking state.

~ how to work with the breath to enhance quality of sleep, cellular recovery and immune repair in sleep and dreamtime.
