Rebalance and Recharge with Fiona Mosley

Beginning Wednesday 8th May at 1.30-3.00pm

Relax and restore vitality through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises. Aimed at those stretched by family demands and mid-life physical changes. This practice will cultivate an inner stillness and boost the body's healing powers to counteract the stresses of the middle years.

NEW SATURDAY ClASS TIME - Free Flow Yoga with Emily Gilchirst

Begins from Saturday April 27th

As Kingdom is evolving with new activities, so is our timetable and selection of classes. As of April 27th, the popular Park Run community event will be hosted on the grounds of Kingdom. Giving us Yogi's the opportunity to begin the  Saturday class earlier  so as the days get lighter you can rise to begin the weekend with our Free Flow Yoga Class and have the whole day ahead to enjoy. This class will focus on Pranayama, flowing sequences with detailed precision - suitable for all levels. You'll be sure to feel more open, aligned and energised ready to embrace the weekend ahead.

NEW CLASS - YOGA FOR SPORTS with Sandra Berlin/Climb+Yoga

From Monday 29th April, Sandra Berlin from CLIMB+YOGA will be joining us to run a new yoga for sports class.

Body Mechanics is a unique alignment focused class designed especially for sporty people wishing to get improve there physical and mental performance through strengthening yoga. Sandra will work on flexibility with awareness on joint stability, strengthening connective tissues as well as antagonistic muscles. Promoting injury prevention and recovery.

BIRTH CARE - YOGA FOR PREGNANCY with Emily Gilchrist

  From Monday 3rd June, 6.45 -7.45pm

These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way. BirthCare classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques to help you manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and contractions during labor, the classes will also give you the opportunity to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, to enhance the well-being of both you and baby to be.

These classes will be suitable to start at any time but if you have no previous yoga experience it is advised to begin after the first trimester.

This will run as a 6 week course and the investment fee is £65
